There are plenty of shutter component suppliers in this industry. I took a good hard look at them all before selecting Danmer and their Thermalite product back in 1992 to integrate into my shop's product mix. The problem I found was that most component suppliers were just vendors looking for more customers like me.

Danmer took a different approach, I think it's because of their history as a retailer and an installer themselves. They know what it's like on the front lines each day, selling, designing and then installing Shutters. Most of the other suppliers out there have never been in the retail business. So when it comes to measuring and installing, most companies subcontract these functions out. Not Danmer.

With Danmer, I'm treated more like a Partner, not just another customer of theirs. I don't have to jump through hoops to get Danmer to provide me the support I deserve.
